Lamson, LeBlanc, & Carmean is an established legal practice located in
Prince Frederick, Maryland. Founded by Larry Lamson, retired
Administrative Judge for the 4th District, Calvert County,
Maryland. Lamson, LeBlanc, & Carmean serves its customers
throughout Maryland metropolitan region by providing an
aggressive team of criminal defense attorneys, research
specialists and investigators.

Larry
Lamson has over three decades of experience in
serving the legal needs of Maryland.
After
several years in private practice, Mr. Lamson was
elected as the State's Attorney for Calvert County
Maryland in 1978 and was appointed as Judge, District
Court of Maryland for Calvert County in 1979. In his
legal tenure, Mr. Lamson has either presided over,
defended or prosecuted more than 6,000 DWI cases. Click

Ted
LeBlanc has over 20 years experience handling
automobile injury claims. In 1984, he began his career
as a claims adjuster with Progressive Insurance, handling
claims in Southern Maryland and Prince George's County.
While working full time at Progressive, Mr. LeBlanc
attended law school at the University of Maryland, where
he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1992.
After 11
years with Progressive Insurance, where he had advanced
to the Maryland State Auto Claims Manager. Mr. LeBlanc
entered private practice on Main Street, Prince
Frederick, Calvert County, Maryland in 1996. In
December 2002 , he joined with Larry D. Lamson, to form
Lamson, LeBlanc, & Carmean, LLC, and continues his focus on auto
accident cases, personal injury and criminal matters.

Mark
W. Carmean joined Lamson, LeBlanc, & Carmean in
2007. Prior to that, Mark
was a partner with Rath & Carmean, Ltd. From 1997 to 2002 he was an
associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Piper Rudnick LLP,
formerly known as Piper & Marbury LLP. While at Piper Rudnick
LLP, Mark worked in the commercial litigation practice group,
where he represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex
commercial, products' liability, personal injury,
telecommunications, and white collar crime cases.
