Michelle R. Daley - Calvert County Lawyer Serving Southern Maryland
Michelle R. Daley is a 2001 graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and a 2004 graduate of Emory University School of Law. She has practiced law for more than 9 years in various positions from non-profit policy to litigation. Her private practice has spanned both small and large firms, serving as Associate, Of Counsel, and most recently as owner of her solo practice in Baltimore. Past experience includes work for the University of Maryland Baltimore Center for Health & Homeland Security, Braude & Margulies in DC, Shulman Rogers in Potomac, and LaPlaca Pujo in Rockville.
Licensed to practice law in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Florida, Ms. Daley represents clients in all facets of legal practice such as domestic law, small business law, franchise law, and civil litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution. She has earned additional certification as a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) and in Franchising from Georgetown University, and has served in leadership roles in multiple bar associations and community organizations.
A native of Southern Maryland, Ms. Daley resides in Calvert County with her family. She enjoys time outdoors and on the water both at home and at the beach, activities with her son, all things 'Maryland,' horseback riding, and fun with friends and family.
