MVA Hearings

MVA

A person charged with a DUI/DWI offense offense may also have to deal with the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA). The MVA can suspend or revoke your license, issue you a restricted license to drive for work purposes or to attend a substance abuse program, or require that you have the Ignition Interlock device installed in your vehicle. There are time sensitive deadlines that must be met in order to obtain the appropriate relief from the MVA.

Dealing with the Court system and MVA can be very confusing. The criminal defense attorneys at Lamson, LeBlanc & Carmean, LLC can assist you in obtaining the best possible outcome in your case. Contact us immediately to set up an appointment to discuss your DUI/DWI case.
