How to Prepare for Your Case

Our initial consultation is free. When you visit us for the first time, you will meet with either Mr. Lamson,  Mr. LeBlanc, or Mr. Carmean. It is important that you bring all paperwork regarding your case. If you are not sure if it is important, bring it just in case. We will review your paperwork with you and discuss the strengths and weaknesses of your case. If you are charged with a crime, you can expect to have the charges explained to you and we will do our best to inform you of the possible outcomes. We will also quote you a fee for our services and explain what the fee covers.

The initial interview may result in your being referred to outside resources, such as counseling or treatment, if we determine that it could be helpful to your case. Depending on the nature of your case, we may ask you to come back in for additional meetings to prepare for trial and/or sentencing. Finally, and most importantly, you will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. You might find it helpful to write them down before you come in, so that we can be sure we have addressed all of your concerns. We look forward to meeting you.
