Theodore P. LeBlanc
Ted
LeBlanc has over 20 years
experience handling automobile injury claims. In 1984, he began
his career as a claims adjuster for Progressive Insurance. While
working full time at Progressive, Mr. LeBlanc attended law
school at the University of Maryland, where he earned his Juris
Doctor degree in 1992.
Mr. LeBlanc continued with Progressive Insurance, advancing to
the Maryland State Auto Claims Manager, where he was directly
responsible for the investigation, evaluation and settlement of
thousands of automobile injury claims.
In 1996, he entered private practice on Main Street, Prince
Frederick, Calvert County Maryland with the law firm of Davis &
Upton. In January 2001, he
made partner and the firm became Davis, Upton & LeBlanc. While with his former firm, Mr. LeBlanc handled a variety
of cases, including auto accidents, personal injury, insurance defense,
criminal, domestic, real estate and estates.
Since
entering private practice, he has represented plaintiffs and defendants in
personal injury cases. His insurance background, knowledge of the system,
and practical experience have helped him recover fast and fair
compensation for injured clients.
In December 2002, he joined with Larry D. Lamson, to form Lamson
& LeBlanc, LLC, which specializes in DWI, auto accidents and
personal injury cases. Mr. LeBlanc focuses on representing injured victims in
auto accident cases. Additionally, while teamed with Mr. Lamson,
Mr. LeBlanc has handled hundreds of DUI and criminal cases.
He was "Certified in Standard Field Sobriety Testing" in 2003.
